Setting up your email account.

Click on the program you will be using to manage your emails.
(If you are using another type of email program,
you can use the same basic settings as shown on both of these instructional pages.)


Microsoft Outlook Express and for Vista Users, Microsoft Mail This program is best for basic email needs. It's included free with windows and it can be found by clicking on your Start button, then find Outlook Express in your programs list.) Apple Mail This program is best for basic email needs when using a Mac. It is free with your Apple Computer and the above link will take you to the email setup page.		Microsoft Outlook 2003 This program is for more than just managing your emails. It's a complete scheduling and organizational program. Unfortunately, it is not free but you can find it at Best buy or any other major retailer.

Apple iPhone The above link will take you to the iPhone email setup page.		Gmail Merge your business email account into your existing Gmail account

If you are setting your email up on your PDA or Phone, please read this!!!

Make sure you set BOTH the Phone and the Computer to leave a copy of the messages on the server for a few days otherwise you will get it on one but not the other. And don't set either of them to never remove the emails because your mailbox will get full and stop working.
